IJA are seeking security managers and / or consultants to join our team. The individual(s) would be responsible for developing the business and reputation through close client liaison and the production of clear and workable solutions on a variety of issues.
Experience in conducting risk assessments and security reviews is essential, as is excellent written and verbal communication skills. The individuals must be able to quote current standards and be conversant with the latest security and risk prevention techniques. A working knowledge of CCTV systems and integrated access control systems would be advantageous.
Successful candidates will be expected to work with a high level of autonomy, and to manage complex security consulting assignments both here in the UK, and abroad.
Experience & Skills required
-Knowledge and experience in conducting security audits & risk assessments is essential.
-Excellent written and communication skills.
-Computer literate (confident working with advanced spreadsheets and word processing packages).
-Proven security management and / or consulting experience.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
-A degree of professional security qualification is preferred.
